We cannot wait to get your new Lush Pup Co order out to you! We process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once we have booked and shipped your order with our chosen carrier, you'll receive another notification with your tracking details. 

Shipping & Rates Within Australia

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

We're pleased to offer free regular shipping on all orders over $95.00. If your order doesn't come to $95.00 or over, you'll be charged $8.00 for standard shipping. We also offer express shipping for $10.00 if you want your pup's new gear that little bit quicker!

We use Australia Post when shipping all of our orders.

Regular shipping via Australia Post typically arrives 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping via Australia Post typically arrives 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, Lush Pup Co currently only ships domestically to Australia.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@lushpupco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping and Delivery FAQs

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the above mentioned shipping time frame, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.

Can You Ship My Order To My PO Box?

Yes! We use Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Where Is My Order Being Shipped From?

Your order will ship from Melbourne, Australia.

What Happens If I'm Not Home For Delivery?

If you’re not home when the postie attempts to deliver, they’ll leave a collection card at your door and take your order to your local Post Office for you to collect at your earliest convenience.

What Should I Do If My Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated arrival date provided by Australia Post, please contact us here with your order number. We’ll work with you and Australia Post to locate and expedite delivery to you. 

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.
