We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible to you. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make changes providing your order hasn’t been shipped.

We currently accept payments via debit or credit card, Paypal and Afterpay. Cards accepted include Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Every dog is different in size and shape, and it’s very important you measure your dog properly before selecting any product size for them. Each brand we stock will have their own product sizing and you may find sizing varies by brand or item type.

Like most things we purchase, your new Lush Pup Co gear isn’t indestructible or designed to last forever. There are things you can do to prolong the life of your new products:

• We recommend not wearing your products every day continuously, but cycle between different designs to prolong the quality of each item.
• Check on a regular basis for visible wear and tear. If you do see wear and tear, we recommend thoughtfully disposing of the item.
• Don’t leave the item on your pup when you’re not walking them or out on the town. Our stocked items are not designed for normal day to day playing and are designed for walking.
